The principal is accountable for planning, organizing, directing, and leading one of the District&#8217;s major strategic priorities. The primary focus of this role will be to lead the implementation of the McRel CUES Framework teacher evaluation system. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Master&#8217;s degree in special education or related field plus four (4) years of professional level experience working in an educational setting teaching students with disabilities. LICENSURES, CERTIFICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Director of Special Education License; K-12 Minnesota Principal License may be required at certain District locations; Teaching License in Special Education and General Education. DESCRIPTION:
Intermediate District 287 is seeking a highly qualified and dynamic instructional leader to fill a Principal on Special Assignment position. The principal is accountable for planning, organizing, directing, and leading one of the District’s major strategic priorities. The primary focus of this role will be to lead the implementation of the McRel CUES Framework teacher evaluation system.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
