Clerk will communicate with parents / guardians regarding enrollment status, and assist in the completion of all paperwork associated with registration including but not limited to scholarship applications,and immunization records. The Enrollment Clerk will meet and greet visitors to the building and on the phone, and provide personalized service around registration processes. The clerk will also perform various clerical tasks to complete registration requirements and support early childhood programs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Respond to enrollment questions from parents/guardians * Coordinate enrollment status through placement, data entry, and correspondence to school site, district departments, teachers, and family * Maintain enrollment data in both Infinite Campus and Eleyo * Process data collection for Preschool Screening * Process data collection for elementary Targeted Services programs * Process online registrations, support online registration, provide assistance to system users * Process address and household changes as well as any other census records * Update and maintain early childhood websites with provided content including enrollment information * Operate telephone system to answer, screen, and forward calls * Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge * Demonstrate proficiency in management and understanding of current databases. * Knowledge of principles and process for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. * Knowledge of clerical procedures such as word processing, mailings, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. * Knowledge of computers and computer programs including Google Drive, Microsoft Office, database programs, or related applications. * Knowledge of early childhood programs throughout the district Skills * Demonstrate a customer service orientation toward students, instructors, and colleagues. Follow through to meet the customer&#8217;s needs. * Ability to prioritize and schedule work tasks. EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS * High school diploma or GED equivalent. JOB SUMMARY
