Job Summary: Assists the Executive Director of Elementary and Secondary Education in the following areas: * Oversee and coordinate PBIS, ENVoY and CLR implementation * Provide guidance to administrators on matters of student discipline * Collaboration with District Departments * Respond to and support buildings during crisis situations * Support Site Plan Behavior Goals * Resolution of issues and conflicts between staff, parents/guardians, and administration. * Collaboration and Coordination of summer school programming * Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: * Administrative license required. * Successful administrative or leadership experience. * Successful classroom teaching experience. * Excellent relationship skills. * Ability to work effectively as both a leader and a team player. * Effective communicator. * Ability to deal effectively with conflict and engage in problem-solving. * Excellent writing, organizational, and committee facilitation skills.
