Families First of Minnesota has an immediate opening for a full-time Scholarship Administrator. This position will be shared between our Rochester and Mankato offices. DUTIES This position is responsible for facilitating the distribution of and monitoring compliance with our Early Learning Scholarships program that serves 28 counties throughout Minnesota. The individual in this position will assist in planning and will participate in a variety of outreach activities for the scholarship program. This position is also responsible for processing scholarship applications, providing ongoing monitoring of the awarded scholarships, providing technical assistance as needed to participating programs and families, and building relationships with our stakeholders and partners. QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Social Sciences, Administration or related field and have knowledge and experience in human services, early childhood development and/or grant administration. Experience operating and working with databases and spreadsheets and utilizing software such as Microsoft Access and Excel is essential.
