Date Closing: Open Until Filled Description: Lyle-Pacelli Athletic Coop (Lyle Public School and Pacelli Catholic School) is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Head Coach for the Girls&#8217; Softball Program. Job Summary: The Head Coach is responsible for coordinating the entire Lyle-Pacelli Softball Program, which includes creating a learning environment where each student/athlete feels valued and sees skill improvement for self and team. Qualifications: &#183; Three (3) years of coaching experience preferred, preferably as a Head Coach or Varsity Assistant. &#183; The ability to connect, motivate and support participants and assistant coaches throughout the entire program. &#183; Knowledge of fundamentals and skills in all levels of softball. &#183; Strong communication and organizational skills. &#183; The ability to manage, develop and implement all aspects of a Minnesota State High School League softball program. &#183; The ability to collaborate with the entire Lyle-Pacelli coop, including coaches and advisors.
