This position leads the planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate and culturally relevant learning experiences, authentic assessment and family engagement experiences for children ages 3-5. This position leads the early learning team within their area or site in providing a high quality experience to maximize each child&#8217;s potential. Responsibilities include demonstrating strong positive adult-child interactions, providing a stimulating, safe and secure environment for children to explore and learn, upholding program expectations through supervision and mentoring of team members and leading family and community events. Ability to collaborate with others, communicate effectively, problem solve efficiently and demonstrate reliability, adaptability and flexibility through a positive approach to daily work are essential to success in this position.
