Knowledge of special education evaluation procedures, transition meetings and team meetings. Previous relevant experience preferred. General Nature of Job: The ECSE teacher is responsible for conducting home visits with families who are provided special education services through an Individual Family Service Plan through the use of teaching methods and approaches that are aligned to researched-best practices and strategies. The ECSE teacher would also be responsible to initiate and participate in evaluations, transition meetings and team meetings in order to provide appropriate services for students and their families.
