Motivate students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a solid foundation for further education. Establish collaborative relationships with parents and other staff members. &#183; Minimum Qualifications: &#183; o A Bachelor's Degree Current MN teaching license in health for grades 5-12 and physical education for grades 5-12 &#183; Summary &#183; Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; Teacher Duty Days per the School Calendar. Pay: Teacher starting salary is determined based on college degree/credits earned and K-12 classroom teaching experience according to the Basic Teacher Salary Scale approved by the governance board. HCPA district does not count student teaching, short or long-term subbing towards teaching experience credential. Benefits: Benefits are in accordance with the Districts Employment Handbook. Benefits are available to new employees after 30 days of active employment. Benefits include medical insurance, life insurance, sick leave, pension plan, tax-free retirement account, and flexible spending account.
