Minnesota Valley Education District (MVED) is seeking a School Psychologist long-term substitute starting approximately March 30, 2020 until the end of the 2019-20 school year. Job Summary Provides direct and indirect psychological/behavioral services to students. Provides individual and group counseling, behavioral observation, intervention strategies, consultation, and in-service presentations. Assesses students in order to determine eligibility for special education services or continuing need for special education services. Ensures that proper procedures, methods and timelines are followed in accordance with federal laws, Minnesota statutes, and other guidelines.
