Desired Qualifications: * MN Teaching License * MN Administrative License * Experience in collaboration with peers * Experience or background in elementary curriculum development, implementation and evaluation * Experience or background in professional learning Responsibilities: * Implement strategies and systems to improve student discipline * Enhance student, parent and community engagement * Safeguard the well-being of students and the school climate * Create and monitor student academic and behavioral interventions * Support and augment instructional leadership * Lead Targeted Services and credit recovery efforts * Other related duties assigned by supervisor. Position:  Associate Administrator
Work Schedule: 
Full-time, 221 days/year
Start Date:  August 1, 2020
Pay:  $65,000-$80,000 dependent on qualifications
