STEM/Robotics is a collaborative middle school science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) course between multiple area school districts. Teachers and students from all of the districts will come together for a ten-day learning experience focused on the areas within STEM along with overarching themes of self-identity, community, equity, and integration. Qualifications: * Skilled in planning, coordinating, and facilitating an instructional program * Skilled in planning and developing lessons. * Skilled in presenting complex materials and concepts in an understandable and grade appropriate manner. * Ability to deal effectively and appropriately with parents, students, and staff over instructional needs, concerns or problems. * Ability to work as an effective team member. * Understanding of diversity and family culture. * Excellent communication skills. .Working Conditions: * Normal classroom environment &#8211; work is typically performed in an inside, temperature-controlled environment. * Work may require the stamina and capacity required by long hours including early morning, evening, and weekend activities.
