Position Purpose: To provide an enriching academic and learning environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to maturity, interests and learning styles of ACC students. Implement a linguistically and culturally appropriate educational program and school. Work with directors, educational team, other staff and parents to ensure ACC&#8217;s mission, values, vision, and curriculum objectives are supported, modeled and taught to the students. Job Requirements: Bilingual/Bi-literate in English and Spanish 2-year college degree or working toward a degree Experience working with children and adults Pay: Salary based on years of experience, determined by the salary schedule Work Hours: 8:30 &#8211; 4:30 Monday thru Friday, however participation is required at staff meetings, opening week workshop, professional development, home visits, parent-teacher conferences and family events.
