Ashby Public School is seeking a full-time K-12 Assistant Principal / Dean of Students for 2021-2022 and beyond. Interested candidates should hold a valid Minnesota Administrative License or are actively pursuing one. Duties included but are not limited to:
* Supporting the Superintendent / Principal with daily operations of the school.
* Assist the Superintendent / Principal with student discipline, attendance, records, testing, and meetings.
* Act as a resource for classroom teachers, assistants, and substitute teachers
* Assist in the evaluation and supervision of licensed and non-licensed staff.
* Work to maintain open communication with staff, district personnel, parents, and the community.
* Coaching opportunities are available but not required.
Ashby Public School is located off Interstate 94 between Alexandria and Fergus Falls. Ashby is a small community with an active downtown, local shops, and restaurants.
