GENERAL EDUCATION PARAPROFESSIONALS NEEDED KPCS is looking for Paraprofessionals for the 2021-2022 school year. Summary of duties: To create an environment of excellence where our students own their academic path and achieve their goals, with family, staff, and community as their engaged partners. The paraprofessional provides academic and behavioral support, encourages student progress, and assists in managing the learning environment for all students. Work is performed under the regular supervision of assigned teachers, general supervision of the building Principal, and Administrative team. Demonstrate professional practices: * Model correct use of oral and written language * Follow teacher instruction * Assist students with reasonable tasks and homework * Encourage student progress. Required Qualifications: Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
