Work is performed under the supervision of the principal. Qualifications: Must have current appropriate Minnesota teaching license. Experience preferred, but not required. Must have ability to personalize learning for all students in accordance with district/building strategic plan Ideal candidate will have agricultural education and work-based learning certification, and the ability to articulate a vision for the future and how to create personalized programs for students who have a spark in the technology education area. Also prefer candidates on the cutting edge with a background in work-based learning program coordination, as well as traditional agriculture subjects including: small animals, animal science, wildlife/natural resources, landscape/horticulture, and introductory/advanced agriculture classes.
