This position provides strategic support to the Head of School by completing tasks independently, facilitating communication, anticipating and addressing the needs of the Head of School in general. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned). * Serves as a representative to the Head of School, answering questions, resolving issues, and making connections, always ensuring parties are represented in a friendly and professional manner * Manages, oversees, and coordinates the Head of School&#8217;s calendar, prioritizing requests, daily priorities, and business communications for the Head of School * Establish systems to ensure the Head of School is provided with the necessary background information and briefing materials for phone calls, meetings, events, and speaking engagements; research, organize, prepare, and present information in a clear and concise manner * Provide logistical support for special projects or identified by the Head of School * Submit requests and maintain files for purchases and payments by deadlines * Make travel arrangements and accommodations for the Head of School, as needed * Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as necessary using the Microsoft Office Suite * Organize and attend events as needed * Supports the Head of School in coordinating accreditation, strategic planning, and other regularly occurring compliance, evaluation, and goal-setting events. * Assists the Head of School in research, preparation, and filing the Annual Accreditation Report as well as the Non-public Fall Report and Student Report for Aids to Nonpublic Students (district reporting). * Manages and tracks the use of Osseo Title II Funding for the school and assist in the management of Title III and IV Funds by attending meetings and distributing necessary paperwork with oversight from the Chief Business and Operations Officer * Maintains, prepares, collects, and distributes documents, schedules, agendas and meeting minutes for the Parent Council meetings with the Head of School. * Responds to all internal and external emails, including emails on behalf of the Head of School as directed. * Manages, organizes, and maintains file system and other records as needed. * Coordinates and schedules meetings, prepare agendas, attend and take minutes for the Executive Team and Academic Team meeting on a rotating weekly basis.
