Who We Support Creatively Focused works with special education teams across any type of school district - traditional, charter, intermediate, alternative, private, cooperative, or education district. We work with any stakeholder within special education programming, including support staff, teachers, administrators, contracted vendors, and board members. THE SEAT YOU WILL FILL: Speech-Language Pathologists provide a complete array of services to students with identified communication problems, including students whose primary disability is &#8220;speech-language impairment&#8221; and students with primary disabilities who have needs in the area of communication (for example, students with autism, cognitive disabilities, or developmental delays). What You Should Know Before Applying * License Requirement: Current Minnesota Pre K-12 Speech Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). * This seat could be full time, part time, or contracted. * This seat will work from home, schools, and from our office in Mendota Heights, MN. * This seat will have work hours that take place primarily during standard teacher-contracted school hours with flexibility to create your own schedule within those hours. You may be required to work during the busier times of day or times of year. It requires a person who desires flexibility and who is flexible themselves, as well, when needs of teachers arise. * This seat will report to our Executive Director of School Services. * A laptop is provided for full time or part time employees. WHAT YOU WILL BE PAID: This position will be salary-based if full-time or part-time and hourly if contracted and will be based on experience and other factors. Benefits will be provided to those working 30 hours or more within Creatively Focused. Benefits include healthcare, dental and vision, STD/LTD/Life, Simple IRA with up to 3% matched contribution, and uncapped PTO and flexible holidays and work days.
