Rochester Beacon Academy, a successful public charter school in Rochester, MN, seeks an engaging and collaborative Interim Executive Director to lead our school. We have about 100 students in grades 6-12, with a special education population of 80-90%, and about 35 staff. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate for this role will have strong school administrative skills and enjoy a hands-on school environment. * Masters degree with administrative license strongly preferred * Years of experience, minimum 3 years in a supervisory role * Charter school experience preferred but not required * Prior experience with sound management and supervision practices * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse roles * A passion for Special Education and meeting the needs of diverse learners COMPENSATION Rochester Beacon Academy offers a competitive compensation package with salary plus benefits dependent on experience.
