Description: This position is a part time chemistry teaching and grading position in an online virtual charter school that can be completed at a distance. Pay is based on hours worked and most weeks will be between 5-7 hours at an hourly rate of $35 per hour. No other benefits are tied to this part time ( .20 position) and agreement. Grading must be completed each week on a timed schedule that occurs on Friday at noon, so anyone accepting the position must be able to meet those grading deadlines and other expectations. Qualifications: A qualified candidate will possess the following qualifications: A valid Minnesota Teaching License for grades 9-12; Chemistry Knowledge of computers, Online Learning Management Systems. Ability to work with alternative forms of educational delivery a plus. Ability to work with an at-risk student population is a requirement. Effective communication and superior organizational skills are requirements. About the School: The TRIO Wolf Creek Distance Learning Charter School a.k.a. Wolf Creek Online High School is an online learning charter high school located in Chisago City, Minnesota.
