Open Immediately, position to begin April 10, 2023; Paraprofessional for Stepping Stones Preschool located at Pearson Early Learning Center. School year calendar - Monday through Friday, 8:15AM-3:15PM. Starting pay $18.65/hour.
Job Summary:
This position works directly with 3 to 5 year old students in a classroom under the direction of teachers: assisting the teacher, providing student supervision and support as needed. Pearson Early Learning Center provides an inclusive preschool experience using the Pyramid Model as a framework for supporting the social and emotional development of children.
Qualifications:
Position requires a H.S. diploma.
Previous experience in early childhood preferred.
Working Conditions:
Classroom environment.
Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs and move from floor to standing quickly.
