Description: Records Coordinator & Enrollment Assistant (FTE) We are currently seeking a Records Coordinator & Enrollment Assistant who is passionate about supporting our students, families and staff and is a lifelong learner. This position includes both document work and face-to-face work with people. We seek a candidate that can manage records, communicate clear information, and support our processes with a positive, student focused approach. Duties: * Reporting * EdFi * MARSS * MCCC * Student Records * Send and request student records, distribute to appropriate staff * Maintain student files in Infinite Campus * Maintain health records and ensure all students have updated medical information * Maintain student cumulative folders, provide transcripts and report cards * Enrollment * Work to actively support the recruitment and retention of students * Enroll and withdraw students * Assist with shadow days, tours, information sessions, open houses and enrollment appointments * Review enrollment related forms * Participate in enrollment related activities and events * Inform Special Education Director and Coordinators when an enrollment application indicates a student received IEP service * Inform Counselor when an enrollment application indicates a student receives 504 services * Transportation * Manage transportation communication between families and bus company, routes and time changes, keep student information system up to date * Metro Transit quarterly billing updates, GoTo spreadsheet management and distribute cards to students, facilitate communication between Metro Transit and school * General * Provide requested information to staff, parents, and others * Work with Homeless Liaison, Special Ed Coordinators, and PSEO Coordinator to maintain correct student information Qualifications: * Knowledge and Experience of MDE Reporting Systems, Including but not limited to EdFi, MARSS, MCCC * Experience Working In An Educational Setting Or With School Age Youth * Experience Working With Marginalized Communities * Experience With Data Entry & Records Management * Knowledge Of Standard Office Procedures * High School Diploma Or GED Compensation: $53,000 - $58,000 DOQ Start of Employment: For Immediate Hire To Apply: Send a letter of interest, resume, current licensure/certification, and references (list or letter(s)) to: opportunities@umissacademy.org<mailto:opportunities@umissacademy.org>
