Supervisor of Position: Activities Director
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. High school diploma or GED and training and/or experience as an Office Professional required.
2. Proficiency with software data management, databases, and word processing.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.
5. Strong organizational skills.
6. Experience with or understanding the importance of confidentiality within the workings of a large complex organization.
Summary of Duties:
1. Provides administrative support services for designated office personnel.
2. Provides a welcoming atmosphere, information and directions for visitors, students and staff.
3. Prepare all cashboxes for events, counts cash and makes deposits.
4. Process p-card statements for department.
5. Creates and maintains sports schedules, athlete data, and events calendar in multiple software programs.
6. Manage both the activity center concessions and the stadium concessions to include inventory, equipment maintenance, and volunteers.
7. Coordinate and assist with set-up and tear down of events.
8. Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and process payment for purchases.
9. Prepares budget reviews showing expenditures and budget balance.
10. Orders equipment and supplies for department.
11. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
