Maintenance Custodian:
This is a full-time, 12-month, 2nd shift position. Typical hours are 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm, Monday-Friday. Those hours can change, including required overtime, based upon the need of the district as assigned by the supervisor. Some of the duties will include maintaining HVAC, supply ordering, custodial duties, maintaining quality standards, and minor facility repairs. Position requires holding or securing a valid Class 2 boilers license, MN Driver’s License and the ability to use all custodial and maintenance equipment. Preference given to candidates with experience operating and maintaining HVAC systems, safe use of cleaning chemicals, fire and security systems, general electrical and plumbing maintenance. Compensation follows collective bargaining agreement. This position will remain open until filled and applications will be reviewed as they are received.
