Crookston Public Schools is seeking a 1.0 FTEMedia Technology/Business Instructor for grades 7-12 at Crookston High School starting Fall 2023. The applicant should have a background in video production, web page design, Google Drive and computer applications as well as a business background.
Crookston is located in the heart of the Red River Valley in Northwest Minnesota and has a population of approximately 7,800. Agriculture is a very strong part of our community. University of Minnesota-Crookston campus is located here and is a very strong member and supporter of our community. Located just 25 miles east of Grand Forks, ND, we are close to the University of North Dakota; ample shopping, dining, an international airport and more. District enrollment size is approximately 1,135 students K-12; with the high school about 560 students in grades 7-12. Qualifications:
Valid Minnesota teaching license in Business Education (the District may consider Tier 1 or Tier 2 licenses, or out-of-field permissions). Prior teaching experience preferred but not necessary. Individuals who do not have appropriate licensure but possess the necessary skills are encouraged to apply.
Salary: Salary will be according to the Crookston Education Association (CEA) Master Agreement Salary Scale and ranges from $38,878 - $70,550 annually. Excellent Health Insurance benefits package is also offered.
