The position will includes Concert Choir (9-12), Junior High Choir (7-8) and 6th Grade Choir; also a couple hours of some elementary classroom music instruction. Qualifiications for this position include having a valid MN Teaching License in the area of K-12 Vocal and Classroom Music; having strong classroom management and communication skills; and the ability to build successful relationships with students, parents and staff Crookston, MN is located in the heart of the Red River Valley in Northwest Minnesota and has a population of approximately 7,800. Agriculture is a very strong part of our community. University of Minnesota-Crookston campus is located here and is a very strong member and supporter of our community. Located just 25 miles east of Grand Forks, ND, we are close to the University of North Dakota, ample shopping, dining, an international airport and more. District enrollment size is approximately 1200 students, with the high school about 625 students grade 6-12.
