Catering and Concessions Manager
LOCATION:
Eden Prairie High School
CLASSIFICATION:
Food Service
RATE OF PAY:
Regular: $28.28/hour
HOURS PER DAY:
7 hours/day
START & ENDING TIME: 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM ***Start and end times may vary depending upon Catering and Concession event schedules.
WORKING DAYS PER YEAR:
235 days/year
PAID HOLIDAYS:
8
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
* High School graduate or equivalent.
* Vocational technical graduate in food service or related field preferred.
* State certification in child nutrition at Level IIIa required within one year of hire.
* Three years related supervisory food service experienced preferred.
* Knowledge of state food health requirements.
* Demonstrated written and verbal skills.
* Demonstrated quantity cooking skills
* Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Demonstrated record keeping and organizational skills.
TESTING REQUIRED: All job offers from Eden Prairie Schools are conditioned upon passing a pre-employment criminal background check and ISD 272 School Board approval. Offers for these positions will also be conditioned upon passing a pre-employment physical abilities test.
