School Social Worker
Primary Responsibilities: As a School Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting students’ academic success, social-emotional well-being, and overall development. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing counseling and guidance services to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to create and implement intervention strategies.
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized plans to support students' needs.
• Advocating for students and connecting them with community resources as necessary.
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture through workshops, support groups, and educational programs.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
* State licensure or certification as a School Social Worker.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Passion for supporting the holistic well-being of students.
