A small, teacher-powered online public charter school, MNOHS is an award-winning collaborative environment for board, faculty, staff, students and families across Minnesota and a credible voice for creative, connected online learning. The MNOHS Board is accepting applications for an Executive Director to lead the school. The incoming Executive Director will work with the current Executive Director, one of the school&#8217;s founders, for six months, to complete a successful leadership transition by December 2024. Qualifications: * 7-12 teaching licensure in Minnesota * (Preferred) K-12 administrative licensure as a principal and/or superintendent in Minnesota * A record of success in leading and sustaining a school or non-profit organization * Minimum 5 years business management and strategic leadership experience * Demonstrated commitment to advancing educational opportunities for students * Demonstrated ability to promote an institutional culture of learning and growth; to work and lead with technology; to build an institutional reputation and maintain authority of industry; to communicate, effectively manage remote staff, and fulfill other job requirements using asynchronous and synchronous tools; and to develop and implement online learning * Experience working with a board of directors * (Preferred) Experience with developing and sustaining partnerships * (Preferred) Experience developing environments that promote educational equity * (Preferred) Experience working with at-risk student populations * (Preferred) Experience writing grants Application Process: Applications will be accepted through March 15, 2024&#8212;or until a qualified pool of applicants has responded.   • 7-12 teaching licensure in Minnesota
  • (Preferred) K-12 administrative licensure as a principal and/or superintendent in Minnesota
  • A record of success in leading and sustaining a school or non-profit organization
  • Minimum 5 years business management and strategic leadership experience
