We are committed to sound governance and financial stability. PACT’s primary vision is to develop educationally excellent, engaged citizens, who value life-long learning and are committed to making exceptional contributions to their ever-changing world. PACT, located in Ramsey, MN, attracts students from the Anoka, Ramsey, Elk River, Andover, Champlin, and surrounding areas.
