(ADA/Text Version)

The Primrose School of Eden Prairie is a private preschool for Infants through Private Kindergarten students. We were the first preschool nationally and the only preschool in the state of Minnesota to earn the prestigious AdvanceEd, CITA NCA-CASI accreditation, the highest level academic accreditation an early learning school can receive. We are currently looking for talented and qualified teachers to join our Primrose Team! Our exclusive Balanced Learning Curriculum blends Child Initiated and Teacher Directed activities in an environment that brings together academics, play and character development. Music, physical education, creative arts, technology and Spanish are fundamental components of the curriculum.

So teachers...should you be here?  At the Primrose Schools of Eden Prairie and Chanhassen.  Let's find out...

Are you looking for a little more life in your work life balance?  Here you don't take your work home with you.

Are you looking to join a community of teachers who are just as committed to your students successes as you are?  Here all of the teachers are full time employees and over 80% have four year degrees in education.

Are you looking for an environment with a unique teaching model which provides you with ongoing camaraderie, collaboration and mentorship within your team and classroom?  Here you are a member of a five teacher pod who works together and solves classroom challenges as a team.

Are you looking to be part of an environment where teachers are celebrated and made part of the decisions which affect their classrooms, where the management team has been classroom teachers and knows exactly what you are working on, and how to help?  Here it is your input that enables us to move the correct student to the correct classroom to further that individual child's education, and improve your classroom.

Are you looking for a school where the money which comes home in your paycheck stays in your household?  Where your pay is based on your ability, your experience,  and your work?  Here we have a fundamental belief that the money you earn as a teacher is your money so the school pays for ALL of the supplies you need, and our team of three chefs also make you an amazing breakfast, snack, lunch, afternoon snack, and even a late bite so your students are losing their minds hungry at the end of the day

Are you looking for a school which has never laid off a teacher!  Where your hours are never cut!  This one kind of speaks for itself, but the treadmill that so many teachers deal with having their teaching hours cut or being eliminated not because they aren't amazing teachers but because someone else didn't do their job is fundamentally unacceptable.  One of our owners is a former classroom teacher.  Here you will get your paycheck.

Are you looking for an environment where innovative (and continuingly innovating) benefit programs are based on the needs of the teachers in the community?  Here whether it’s for health insurance, for saving for the future, for year to year planning, or even the Silver Apple Award to recognize five years of teaching, learning and growing with us, we use innovative solutions and open minds to solving the challenges in your lives

Finally are you looking for a school which fundamentally believes that the greatest brain development a child goes through is from birth through age five while our society clings to an outmoded notion that school begins at 6.  Here through our research based / PhD. written balanced curriculum, our unique approach to classroom composition, and our teacher-centric staffing model we are changing the futures of nearly three hundred students every day.
