The St. Croix River Education District has an opening for a Social Behavior Services Coordinator beginning the 2017-18 school year. A Social Behavior Services Coordinator functions as a Special Education Coordinator in the area of social behavior. This position will provide support to SCRED Member District teachers who work with students who have emotional and behavioral needs (i.e., case consultation, program planning, and professional learning).  In addition, the position will assist districts in setting up school-wide positive behavioral supports within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework.  Primary assignment will be supporting the North Branch Area Public Schools and the Federal Setting IV programs in Chisago Lakes and Pine City.  Desired qualifications include work experience in the areas of social behavior special education and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS). Required qualifications include special education licensure (including but not limited to Emotional Behavioral Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and School Psychology) or a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).  See attached service description for more information.  Online applications only at www.scred.k12.mn.us (Employment link).
