Description:
Long term sub Speech/Language Pathologist for Shakopee School District. Monday through Friday 40 hours/week. Position is 0.5 Jackson Elementary and 0.5 Central Family Center/Early Childhood Special Education (ages 3-5). Approximate assignment dates are 8/28/17 through 11/10/17.

 

Job Summary:
Speech/Language Pathologist to evaluate for speech/language disorders; write evaluation reports; develop IEPs; deliver direct & indirect speech/language services; monitor & document student progress; and collaborate with families & other staff.


Qualifications:
MN licensure as a Speech/Language Pathologist. 
Previous experience preferred.
Will need own transportation and must be able to travel to different buildings/locations.
Experience with multiple instructional designs and differentiated instruction.
Strong classroom management skills.
Ability to build successful relationships with students, parents and staff.

 

Working Conditions:
Classroom and office environment.
Must be able to travel between buildings.
