AVAILABLE POSITION – Paraprofessional/Classroom Aide
Location – New Ulm Middle School, 414 S Payne Street, New Ulm, Minnesota
Job Summary – Contribute to the academic and social growth of students by offering individual or small group support under the direction of certified staff. This position demands confidentiality, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adaptability, teamwork, and proficiency with technology. It may also require physical strength for heavy lifting tasks.
Qualifications –
· A strong passion for working with middle school students to foster meaningful relationships and enhance their academic success
· Competence in following and implementing the classroom teacher’s directives
· Proficiency in computer usage
· Excellent communication abilities
· A High School Diploma or GED is required
Start Date – As agreed upon; 2025-26 School Year
Compensation Package – Position Classification A-13 offers a starting wage of $17.00 per hour, based on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off.
