Summary of Duties: * Provide targeted small-group instruction to students performing below grade level. * Use data from assessments and teacher input to identify students in need of intervention and to monitor ongoing progress. * Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to align Tier 2 & 3 interventions. * Implement evidence-based literacy intervention programs and instructional practices. * Track and analyze student performance data to adjust instruction and report progress to teachers, administrators, and families. * Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and strategies for at-home support. * Participate in professional development to remain current in literacy research, intervention strategies, and instructional technology. * Assist in administering school-wide reading assessments and compiling data reports as needed. * Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment that fosters students&#8217; confidence and love of reading.
