Start Your Online Application Now INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 695 Chisholm, Minnesota JOB# 2026NC343 Assistant BOYS'' SWIMMING COACH Position Summary Chisholm High School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Boys Swim Coach to support the Head Coach in leading the boys'' high school swim program. The Assistant Coach will help develop athletes'' swimming skills, foster teamwork, and promote sportsmanship, discipline, and respect both in and out of the pool. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting daily practices and swim meets. Provide instruction and feedback on stroke technique, starts, turns, and overall conditioning. Supervise student-athletes to ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive environment. Help organize meet lineups, transportation, and communication with athletes and families. Support the academic and personal growth of all team members. Maintain equipment and assist with team logistics as needed. Attend all practices, meets, and required meetings. Qualifications Prior experience in competitive swimming and/or swim coaching preferred. Knowledge of swimming techniques, training principles, and meet operations. Ability to motivate student-athletes and model positive behavior. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Season Dates : November ?
