Summary : Join a building that supports 800+ learners in grades K-6 and a district that supports 1465 learners in grades K-12. An MTSS and Student Success Specialist coordinates our school and district''s framework to support students'' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs - analyze data, coach teachers, and oversee tiered interventions to ensure struggling students receive appropriate, targeted assistance. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Tracking: Analyze universal screening and progress-monitoring data to identify at-risk students and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. Intervention Development: Assist in designing and implementing Tier 1 (universal), Tier 2 (targeted), and Tier 3 (intensive) intervention protocols. Professional Learning: Coordinate MnMTSS and COMPASS professional learning participation. Attend monthly state-wide meeting for MnMTSS Teacher Coaching: Model evidence-based instructional strategies and collaborate with educators to integrate MTSS practices into daily classrooms. Team Facilitation: Lead problem-solving meetings with building administrators, counselors, and interventionists to review student caseloads. Resource Coordination: Act as a liaison between the school, district committees, and community resources to provide comprehensive support. Facilitate grant check-ins and reporting. MnMTSS District Guide : Support the creation and implementation of standard operating procedures using an equity-centered continuous improvement framework. Creating and Supporting: Clear district-wide policies and procedures Consistent data protocols and documentation practices Defined intervention structures and decision rules Systems for fidelity monitoring Equity and Access Use data to examine patterns and address disproportionality Ensure that all students have access to timely, effective support Program Monitoring and Evaluation: Create and present annual report summarizing: Progress toward district and building goals Challenges encountered and solutions implemented Adjustments made to the action plan Evidence of impact Steps taken to ensure sustainability Assessment Coordinator for Elementary School Key Attributes : Experience in effective instruction and leadership.
