Start Your Online Application Now Job Description The Richfield Public School District is currently accepting applications for a full-time TOSA: Central Education Center Coordinator beginning the 2026-2027 school year. Under the direction of the Executive Director of Special Programs and/or Assistant Superintendent, the TOSA Central Coordinator will provide leadership and support to the RCEP program and overall Central Education Center building. This role focuses on alternative learning programming and credit recovery programming and may play a role in extended day enrichment programming. The TOSA Central Coordinator collaborates with administrators, teachers, and support staff to enhance student learning outcomes. Responsibilities extend beyond the school year and into the summer. Requirements: Master''s degree in Education or related field. Current Minnesota Teaching License. Administrative license preferred. Minimum of 5 years of successful teaching experience. Experience of program oversight and budgeting. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum and instructional design. Experience with assessment systems, data analysis, and MTSS frameworks. Experience in facilitating professional development. Experience using learning management systems and educational technology tools. Instructional coaching or program leadership experience required.
