FULL-TIME TEACHER Nett Lake School District #707 ? Nett Lake, Minnesota Nett Lake School District #707 is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to join our staff as a Full-Time K-6 Elementary Teacher. (Preference will be given to a qualified, licensed Ojibwe language and cultural teacher. Located on the Bois Forte Reservation in northern Minnesota, Nett Lake School is a small K?6 public school where relationships, culture, community, and student success are at the center of our work. Our small class sizes give teachers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with students and families while working closely with a supportive school team. Position: Full-Time Teacher FTE: 1.0 Grade Levels: K?6 Start Date: As Soon as Possible Application Deadline: Open Until Filled Qualifications Appropriate Minnesota teaching license or eligibility for an applicable Minnesota licensure pathway. Ability to work effectively with elementary-age students. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Commitment to building positive relationships with students and families. Knowledge and understanding of culturally responsive educational practices. Salary and Benefits Competitive salary and benefits, such as health and dental insurance, 403b and longevity pay, will be provided in accordance with the Nett Lake Teachers'' Master Agreement. Initial salary schedule placement may take prior teaching experience into consideration and will be agreed upon between the successful candidate and the District.
