POSITION AVAILABLE: Secondary Math Teacher POSITION LOCATION: Nay Ah Shing Upper School, Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, located in Onamia, MN JOB DESCRIPTION: Nay Ah Shing Upper School is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to teach middle school and high school math. QUALIFICATIONS: Must hold a valid Minnesota teaching license for middle and/or high school instruction. Preference will be given to candidates licensed in Mathematics. However, applicants with a valid teaching license in another subject area who have demonstrated interest and the capacity to teach middle school and or high school mathematics are strongly encouraged to apply. SALARY SCHEDULE: $50,000 - $107,000 Years of documented experience and post-graduate education WILL BE USED for placement on the salary schedule. Examples: BA Step 1 +0 = $50,000; BA Step 10 +30 = $70,000; MA Step 15 +0 = $84,000. *Our teacher salary schedule/pay rates are the most competitive in the state!!
