Pay & Benefits: Compensation Range: $21.34 - $27.00 per hour, based on experience. May include assisting with younger students, individual or small group academic assistance, behavior guidance, or helping with scheduled student breaks and transitions. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Ability to supervise children in a positive manner. Ability to make appropriate decisions quickly. Knowledge of discipline policies and procedures. Able to work independently. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to follow teacher''s plan and direction, and communicate effectively with students and staff. Experience working with young children. Working Conditions: Classroom environment.
