Requirements: Minnesota appropriate licensure or short-call license is required Salary Schedule: Reserve Teachers holding only a short-call substitute license. Monday- Thursday (full day): $200 Monday- Thursday (half-day): $110 Friday (full-day): $210 Friday (half-day): $115 Reserve Teachers who are fully licensed or hold a lifetime short-call substitute license, or a formerly licensed teacher who now has a short-call substitute license. Monday- Thursday (full day): $205 Monday- Thursday (half day): $115 Friday (full day): $215 Friday (half day): $120 Reserve teachers who were previously employed as a teacher for at least one full year in Richfield Public Schools.
