The Carlton-Wrenshall School District seeks a 1.0 FTE K-12 Guidance Counselor with a Master?s degree and K-12 School Counselor Educator License or licensure from an accredited school counselor program as well as a current Minnesota criminal background check. The preferred candidate will demonstrate a high level of skill attainment in some combination of academic support, social-emotional support, career & college readiness, collaboration & communication, and program management. Familiarity with Second Step curriculum is helpful. Salary commensurate with a master?s degree starting at $48,676 annually based on education and experience along with flexible benefit options as defined by the ED MN Wrenshall Master Agreement.
