Star of the North Academy is accepting applications for Math and English intervention S pecialists for the 202 6 -2027 school year. Applicants must possess instructional skills in reading intervention strategies or other related experience with learning intervention strategies. Elementary education license is preferred. This position will provide academic intervention and support to general education students with academic skills deficits and/or below grade level performance. Full job description Essential Responsibilities Include: · Administers standardized tests in accordance with District testing programs · Small group instruction of basic literacy skills to students K-6 · Documenting student progress/activities/outcomes; · Providing feedback to students, parents and administration regarding student progress, expectations, goals, etc. · Assisting in the coordination of Reading and Math Corps programs, Title I and SNA Literacy plans Compensation: Star of the North Academy''s salary for this position is competitive and based on prior experience.
