Job Summary: Serve as the Girls Basketball Coach for Varsity, JV, or C-Team, dedicated to fostering student success and community engagement. The coach must be committed to supporting students and the community, with a strong belief that every student can succeed.

* Implement in-practice interventions to support athlete development.
* Collaborate with coaching staff to create tailored training plans.

* Collect and analyze performance data to monitor growth and progress.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Manage multiple tasks and adapt coaching strategies to meet evolving team dynamics.
* Possess a strong understanding of basketball techniques and coaching methodologies.
* Embrace evidence-based practices for athlete training and development.
* Communicate effectively and inspire a culture of teamwork and support.
* Analyze athlete performance data to drive improvements.
* Utilize technology platforms for performance tracking and communication.
Working Environment: Collaborate with fellow coaches and staff to implement effective training and support systems.
Experience: Experience or training in coaching basketball or supporting student-athletes in sports is a plus.
