The Project Coordinator will manage activities to support the operations of both entities. This person will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day operations including but not limited to: preparing meeting logistics (agendas, meeting reminders, food sponsorship, minutes, etc.), preparing financial reports, assisting with budget preparation as well as data collection and recording. The Project Coordinator will attend all large group and leadership meetings for both OHY and TOC. The Orono Coalition Tasks: In addition to overall coordinator of activities, the Project Coordinator will work closely with the Director of TOC to support and carry out activities outlined in the strategic action plan, with specific focus areas and projects/campaigns to be outlined going forward. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for conducting the Coalition Effectiveness Inventory on an annual basis and maintaining process and outcome data to be reported to the grant administrators annually. Roughly 80-90% of this position will be spent supporting TOC. Orono Healthy Youth Tasks: In addition to overall coordinator of activities, the Project Coordinator will work closely with the OHY Governing Board chair, Executive Committee, OHY fiscal agent, and the Governing Board members to engage in fulfilling the OHY mission. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for creating and managing the Local Collaborative Time Study (LCTS) budget and overseeing the collections and reporting of data to Hennepin County Departments of Human Services (DHS) on the maintenance of effort, annual spending plans and annual collaborative reporting to assure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements. The Project Coordinator will also serve as the Orono Representative at the Hennepin County collaborative meetings. Roughly 10-20% of this position will be spent supporting OHY. Minimum Qualifications: * Must possess a High School Diploma or GED. * Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills(Microsoft Office & Google applications), budgeting and fiscal management. * Ability to work independently but also well with others with a diverse group of people of all ages and backgrounds. * Valid MN driver&#8217;s License.
