Job Summary: Facilitate 504 services in the assigned building including referral review, evaluation and accommodation plans. Participate on student support teams for intervention planning, problem solving and data collection. Provide support in special education programs, counseling supports for students as needed, facilitate SEL support groups and support special education (SpEd) student programs. Qualifications: * School Social worker licensure * Prefer Masters of Social Work * Prefer to be trained in NVCI (CPI).
