Qualifications: * High school education OR GED equivalent; working knowledge of team cleaning techniques--standardized work process working with four basic specialists; working knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, cleaning products and equipment; High school education OR GED equivalent; working knowledge of team cleaning techniques--standardized work process working with four basic specialists; working knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, cleaning products and equipment; one year custodial/housekeeping experience; maintenance skills in oder to respond to urgent situations; ability to perform manual tasks requiring good physical strength (ability to lift 70 lbs. on a regular basis); ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, burnishers, vacuum cleaners, sweepers, etc; ability to follow written and oral instructions; ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, students and building staff, and good human relations skills. Boiler license preferred. Compensation: $20.00 hourly Schedule/Hours: 4-8 hours daily; up to 20 hours a week.
