Park Rapids Area Schools is seeking a Law Enforcement Office/Community Experty to teach a Criminal Justice class during the Third trimester(March 3rd, 2025) for the 2024-25 school year. Current licensure preferred or the ability to obtain MN licensure. This position will be for 1 hour per day for 3rd trimester, March 3rd, 2025 - May 23rd, 2025. Must be able to teach course work for students to gain knowledge of the Criminal Justice field.
Candidates should have the ability to work as a team in planning and teaching to create a positive learning environment, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Teachers at Park Rapids Area Schools are supported through staff development and a teacher mentoring program. We believe in supporting teacher growth and program success.
This position is posted as part of the posting requirement for 15 days to apply for a Tier 1 license. A Candidate has already been hired for this position. All other candidates will be contacted and applications will be kept on file for future reference.
