The Site Coordinator leads and supports both the Credit Recovery and Spartan Camp Programs. The position responsibilities include planning student schedules, professional development, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the High School Summer Programs. The Spartan Camp Program serves students who are currently in grade 8 (rising 9 grade) as a bridging opportunity. The Credit Recovery program serves current high school students. Both programs will be located at Richfield High School (RHS) and will be in session from 9:00-1:00; Monday through Thursday. Site coordinator hours are 8:30-1:30. Requirements: * Current Teaching License (Math, Social Studies, Science, Language Arts, ESL, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: * Coursework toward or interest in obtaining Administrative license * Experience in teaching or leading summer programs * Experience with Project-Based Learning * Experience utilizing data to inform instruction and support teachers * Experience with team-teaching * Current or former Richfield employee with knowledge of RPS systems Summer Site Coordinator will be paid $40/hr.
