Long-Term Substitute High School Science Teacher Position Duration: March 1, 2025 &#8211; End of School Year Cedar Mountain Middle/High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Long-Term Substitute High School Science Teacher to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring students receive a high-quality education and a seamless classroom experience during this transition period. Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging and effective science instruction aligned with the curriculum. * Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student learning and growth. * Implement lesson plans and adapt them as needed to meet the diverse needs of students. * Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback. * Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to support student success. * Maintain classroom management and ensure a safe learning environment. Qualifications: * Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Science Education or a related field. * Valid teaching license or eligibility to obtain one in the state of Minnesota. * Previous teaching experience, especially in high school science, is preferred. * Strong classroom management and organizational skills. * Commitment to fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
